“It was a great pleasure to talk to you [Bryan] in Honolulu after my rental car and many personal items were stolen. On behalf of my friend Jonelle, who was with me in the car, and myself, I would like to thank you and others who work with the Visitor Aloha Society of Hawaii, for everything that was done on our behalf.
As I mentioned, Jonelle lost almost everything she was traveling with. I was able to use the ABC voucher you gave me to buy some food that she could take on her flight home. We made good use of the other items too, and we greatly appreciate that you were able to spend a little time talking with me in the hotel.
